What we do

We partner with building owners to create bespoke, flexible and mixed-use flexible workspaces. Utilising our experience, network and understanding of how to create, set up, run and sell space. We can do this on either a white label or a branded basis.
 
The way we work has changed forever with service, flexibility and experience being key considerations as to where people choose to work. Workspace is a fundamental driver of culture, collaboration and innovation - landlords have to work harder to ensure their space meets those drivers if they want to attract occupiers.

We:

  1. Consult to work out what you need and the demand in the building and the micro-market.
  2. Create a concept (including cashflow and layout) for your approval.
  3. Fit-out the space.
  4. Provide the technology (app, booking, billing system)
  5. Operate, market and sell the space.
  6. Report performance to you and iterate the offering to maximise returns.

Who we are

David Kaiser

Co-Founder

David was a senior executive at WeWork for over 5 years. As a key part of the leadership team for the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa he was integral to achieving positive cashflow for the regional business in 2022.

He grew WeWork’s presence in the UK and Ireland to c. 6 million square feet and opened new markets in Birmingham, Edinburgh and Cambridge. David’s role at WeWork gave him unique insight into what businesses in need and want from workspace, and a strong network in and understanding of commercial real estate and flexible workspace.

David is a recovering real estate solicitor.

Dan Cohen

Co-Founder 

Dan set-up Purpose Group (www.purposegroup.co.uk) in 2017 and scaled it to over 600,000 square feet of commercial mixed-use space in London. Purpose Group fitted out and operated commercial buildings offering a blend of uses including offices, a TV and film studio, F&B, leisure offerings, studio space and production space.

Dan’s experience with Purpose Group gave him first hand experience of the current demand for workspace and how to create and scale a business.In November 2022 Dan successfully exited Purpose Group. Dan is a recovering qualified chartered accountant.
